  • Meigs County, 2018 – Client charged with Assault. Found not guilty at trial.

  • Vinton County, 2016 – Client charged with 2 counts of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, second-degree felonies; Counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, fourth-degree felonies; and 1 count of Possession of Criminal Tools, a fourth-degree felony. Client facing potential 11 years in prison. All charges dismissed.
